Join us each month for a 90-minute online class where you'll be guided to shift from your head brain into your heart brain using Conscious Connecting Breathing.
This style of breathwork is active and can shift you into new states of awareness, release tension in the body, and connect you with Higher-Self wisdom (aka your intuition).
You'll have time to rest and reflect at the end of class to bring any new insights into your conscious mind and daily life.
Everyone's session is unique, but you may feel one or some of these things:

Learn breathwork techniques that you can do anywhere to calm your nervous system, get focused, feel more energized, and fall asleep faster and more deeply.
Learn to shift your state on demand to match the task at hand (energy, focus, relaxation, sleep - there's a breathwork practice for all of that)
You'll leave with a daily breathwork practice that fits perfectly into your own unique life, and an understanding of the science behind why it works and what's actually happening in your body.

I create spaces for people to come, breathe, and explore the wisdom of the body.
We are raised, educated, and socialized to think our way through everything.
This gets us to a place where we rely 100% on our head brains to solve all our problems.
But somehow, no matter how many courses we take, coaches we work with, and books we read, the same problems keep coming back again and again into our lives.
This is because 80% of those limiting beliefs, old stories, and habits actually live in the BODY - not the mind.
So as you evolve your mind (mindset work, courses, books), your body may need different support to let go of old programming and be able to truly manifest your new mental identity into your lived reality.
We breathe to ground - as we calm the breath, we balance the nervous system, and a balanced nervous system is more open and ready for the gentle activation of Conscious Connected Breathing.
We breathe to activate - as we gently increase the activation the body, we quiet the "ego mind" and slip into deeper connection with the heart - accessing the endless flow of wisdom from the Higher-Self - your intuition
We integrate to e m b o d y - as we release tension, old patterns, and gain new insights, we need to "integrate" those changes into our daily life, so that we actually embody them and BE come them.
Through conscious connected breathing, rhythmic music, and guided inquiry,
you’ll access the deeper layers of your body where
release, insights, and transformation can naturally unfold.
Each session is unique and we will flow where your body wants to go, and meet it there with love and curiosity.
You can come with an intention or something you want to explore, or simply show up and see where the body wants to take you.
Breathwork isn't talk work.

We aren't discussing or pinpointing the reasons behind "why" you think a certain way, or "do" a certain thing.
We aren't looking to judge, fix, change anything.
We are breathing to release what wants to be released. Without needing to label it.
